About
We have experience and expertise in a variety of disciplines related to IT and software development:
Business Analysis, Project Management, Communication, Content Development, and Training. We have managed
large IT and global software development projects, developed training and education programs, and
created eCision™, an application that helps organizations select projects based on their strategy and capabilities.
Our Start Right™ practice is a direct result of our years of experience helping organizations
set up projects for success by uncovering hidden organizational and system problems, selecting
the right projects, and aligning project deliverables with stakeholder expectations.
